12 free quizzes — 108 questions across level tests, rules, gear finders and a sport selector. No login. UK-specific.
Whether you are trying to work out what padel level you actually are, brushing up on the rules before a club night, or hunting for the right padel racket or pickleball paddle without trawling through twenty review sites, we have built a quiz for it. Every quiz on this page is free, takes two to four minutes, and is calibrated for UK players using the rating systems your club, ladder, or tournament will actually recognise.
Below you will find the full library, grouped by what you want to get out of it — level tests, rules quizzes, gear recommendation finders, and a padel-or-pickleball sport selector. Pick whichever one matches the question you walked in with.

UK padel and pickleball are growing faster than the support around them. There are 400,000+ regular padel players and 200,000+ regular pickleball players in the UK as of 2026, but most are self-taught and arrive at their first club night unsure of their level, uncertain about the rules, and overwhelmed by gear choice.
Coaches answer the same handful of questions a hundred times a week: What level am I really? Did I just commit a fault? Which racket should I buy? The quizzes on this page are how we answer those questions at scale, calibrated against UK rating systems, current rules, and the equipment we actually recommend on the site.
Each quiz feeds into the rest of RacketRise. After a level test we link you to the next-level coaching content. After a rules quiz we link to the full rules guide for anything you got wrong. After a gear finder we link to the specific shortlist for your recommended category, with current UK pricing from our equipment database.
The padel level quiz maps to the same rating scales used by the LTA, Playtomic, and Game4Padel. It is a self-assessment, so the result is only as accurate as your honesty about your weaknesses — but most players land within half a level of where a coach would place them. Use it as a starting point before booking a session or entering a ladder.
It gives you an estimated DUPR range based on your skill self-assessment. Your real DUPR rating only comes from playing rated matches against other DUPR players — but the quiz is a useful pre-tournament gut check and helps you pick the right competitive bracket to enter.
No. Each recommendation is based on the answers you give about budget, level, and play style. The quizzes recommend a specific racket or paddle category (control, power, all-round, beginner) and link to shortlists at every price point — including budget options under £50 for padel and under £80 for pickleball.
No. Every quiz is free, no account required. You can optionally enter your email at the results screen if you want a copy sent to you and our weekly UK racket-sport newsletter, but it is never compulsory.
If you have never played padel, start with Padel or Pickleball to confirm the sport is for you. If you already play, the Padel Level Test gives the most useful read on where you sit. The Padel Racket Finder is the quickest payoff — most people change their racket within their first six months and the quiz saves hours of spec-sheet reading.
The rules quizzes are reviewed each season for any FIP, WPT, or USAP rule changes. The level quizzes are recalibrated against UK rating data twice a year. The gear quizzes update whenever we add or retire a racket or paddle from our recommended shortlists.
